Brightstone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and service updates will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to completed deliverables as specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms.
